Q: What are your rates?

A: On-site Service is $75 for the 1st hour and $50 for each additional hour. Service is prorated so you will never be charged for time that you did not receive service.  (Example) 1 hour 30 min of service would be $100.

Pick Up and Custom Job Services are quoted to the customer on a case by case basis.  These services are fixed price services.

Q: Do you charge me if I cancel my service request?

A: No, we would only charge you if you cancel after the technician's arrival at your premises.  If the technician has already arrived and you decide to cancel a $20 cancellation fee will be charged.   

Q: How long does it take to respond to a service request?

A: Most service requests are responded to within 6 hours of submission but in some cases may take up to 48 hours in cases of heavy workload.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Cash or Check only at the moment.

Q: Is your work warrantied ?

A: All on-site visits and pick ups come with a 7 day warranty on the work requested.  This means if you pay to have viruses and malware removed and we missed something we will come back to your home or place of business and remove it for free.  Custom job warranties are determined on a case by case basis, and all hardware is warrantied by the manufacturer for at least 30 days.

Please note that some infections are caused through the visitation of certain websites, opening of certain emails, or the installation of certain programs.  If a technician believes that you may have infected yourself through one of these means the technician will inform you of this and provide you safe alternatives.  If the technician has provided you guidance such as not visiting a certain website or not using a certain program and you are reinfected by these means we will unfortunately not be able to provide free 7 day warranty support. 

Q: Do you have a storefront location or drop-off location?

A: In an effort to reduce costs and pass those saving on to you we do not have a storefront location.  We do however offer a pick-up and drop-off PC repair service.  Rest assured our dedicated PC repair location is stocked with the latest tools for PC diagnostic and repair.

Q: What if I have a computer question but don't need any service?

A: Feel free to use our "Contact Us" form to submit your question and we will respond as soon as possible.  We do give priority to service requests so a reply may take a bit longer, but we are happy to answer any of your technology related questions.
